With our powder primers you achieve a result in manufacturer quality and excellent adhesion. Only by using the original paint from the spray can can the original color be precisely recreated. Even if the color or paint code is known - which is often difficult to determine - significant color deviations compared to the original can occur, which are unacceptable for the customer.

In our range you will find a wide selection of original colours that are identical to those used by rim manufacturers when producing new rims. Whether it is a wet paint or powder coating, if used correctly, significant colour deviations are a thing of the past. This makes the decisive difference to the competition, especially when coating individual rims in a set of rims.

When manufacturing rims, they are first primed with a special rim powder coating and then painted with a baked wet paint. The original paints in spray paint cans are therefore mainly designed for use as part of a powder coating. They must be applied at an object temperature of 70 °C, for example, and then cured in an oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
