Felgenprofessor spray cooling lubrication system minimum quantity lubrication
The Felgenprofessor lubrication system is a low-pressure system with a coaxial spray nozzle for perfect coolant application that we have developed ourselves. It has been specially developed to be retrofitted to CNC rim polishing machines.
This ensures that even the finest scratches and marks on the turned rims disappear.
The volume of the air flow at the nozzle tip and thus also the pressure are adjusted by an adjustable needle valve on the nozzle unit. The supply of the cooling medium is also adjusted with a needle valve on the nozzle unit.
In this system, the lubricant and compressed air supply is switched on mechanically via a pressure valve.
The big advantage of spray cooling is that the fine microdroplets are so heavy that they do not spread into the ambient air throughout the room. Another advantage is that the air flow with the embedded droplets can be directed specifically at the tool and workpiece, so there is hardly any overspray (coolant loss) and every chip is removed.
Our cooling system can be used on all common rim CNC polishing machines.
In combination with our specially developed rim CNC cutting agent – coolant you work 100% residue-free as it is a volatile lubricant for the CNC polishing of aluminum rims.
This lubricant evaporates without leaving any residue.
No degreasing with cutting oil of the rim necessary after polishing.
