High quality OEM original baking varnish - rim paint.
Quick-drying baking varnish for beautifying and repairing steel and aluminum rims in original quality. With the right powder primer, you can achieve very good adhesion. Only by using the original paint can the original color be restored true to color. Even if the color or paint code is known - which is usually difficult to determine - and is remixed, the color deviations compared to the original are significant and cannot be expected of the paying customer. In our range you will find a large selection of original colors, identical to those used by rim manufacturers in the production of new rims. Regardless of whether it is a wet paint or powder paint, if used correctly, strong color deviations compared to the original are a thing of the past. Especially when it comes to coating individual rims in a set of rims, this is exactly what makes the difference compared to the competition. When manufacturing rims, they are first primed with a powder paint during the coating process and then painted with a wet paint. The original paints are therefore largely designed for use as part of powder coating. For example, these must be applied at an object temperature of 70° C and then flashed off in the oven at 180° C for 15 minutes.
